NOTE: All math mathematics courses require that students be scheduled
into a high school mathematics class taught by a certified
teacher. The high school teacher will conduct the face-to-face instruction,
about 3 days a week. The remainder of the instruction and assessments
will be taught online by ULM faculty using Hawkes Learning System.
Facilitators for mathematics courses are paid a small stipend.
Other online courses do not require a
content facilitator. Students are scheduled into an hour class where they work
independently on those online courses.
