Mr. Strong is a lifelong resident of West Carroll Parish. He graduated from Forest High School in 1987. He received a Bachelors in Agriculture Education from LA. Tech. He earned a Masters degree in Administration & Supervision from ULM in Monroe.
He has taught and coached in the system for 23 years. Mr. Strong has served as principal of Forest High School for over 3 years. He was then promoted to Transportation & Maintenance Supervisor along with Technology. In 2014 the board named Mr. Strong Superintendent for West Carroll Parish Schools.
The superintendent has been married for 23 years. He has 3 children. His family attends Goodwill Church of God in Goodwill, LA. He serves on the board of Farm Bureau and is active in the community.
